I offer a trauma informed integrative approach to healing and transformation by weaving together a range of healing modalities and wisdom so I can best meet you where you are at. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness, nature connection practices and body based approaches such as yoga and somatic coaching.
If you are experiencing loss and grief, no matter how small or large, I am here to support you to tend to your grief with reverence and compassion. My counselling sessions offer a sanctuary where your grief is welcomed and embraced, a space to gently tend to your grief as you heal and transform.
For those engaging as a couple, it is my intention to support you to become aware of the stories you are holding. To support you to own your own personal histories, powers, privileges and cultural traumas and how these show up in the ways you relate to each other.
We will navigate conflict and experience new ways of connecting.
In this work, nature is our muse, mirror and beloved, opening us into the wholeness and truth at our centre. Ultimately nature therapy work brings people into a full sense of wellness, self-love and wild belonging. I host nature therapy work for individuals, couples and groups at my privately owned wilderness property in the Blue Mountains.
